Hi, I’m Lindsey — a movement coach, fitness instructor, and passionate advocate for strength and self-empowerment.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve helped people from all walks of life reconnect with their bodies through mindful, challenging, and uplifting movement.

My training is rooted in practical strength and mobility, with a strong influence from martial arts. I bring together elements from different disciplines to create sessions that not only challenge your body — but energise your mindset too.

I understand that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I offer a flexible mix of live online classes and on-demand training — so you can move your way, in your own time.

Taekwondo side kick

I spent most of my early adult life over weight due to undiagnosed Autism, which led to anxiety,depression and overeating. My two best friends visited the gym regularly and i used to scoff at the prospect of joining them despite continued invitations.

​

My journey began the day i took the plunge and went along, i was instantly hooked!

The feelings of improved mood,reduced stress,having more energy and the boosts in confidence was something i wasnt willing to give up.

Around 2 years later at age 30 i decided to go back to one of my childhood passions which was Taekwondo. I had trained from age 8 to 12, reaching black belt level, but then giving up. I found a local club and worked my way back to black belt and eventually moved into teaching.

I fulfilled a lifelong dream and set up my own club in West Yorkshire teaching Taekwondo to all ages.​

 

 In 2019 i made a big move to Manchester and joined a new Taekwondo club. As fate would have it my instructor turned out to also be a fitness coach...but with a difference. Here i discovered a whole new world of self training and self improvement methods involving holistic fitness that not only helped me build a stronger body, but also a stronger mind!

I have gone on to become Taekwondo English Champion winning Gold at the 2022 English Championships.

I am now a 3rd degree black belt and registered BTC & TAGB Taekwondo instructor.

I am also a qualified Level 3 personal trainer, L3 Gym instructor and a

L1 Kinisi Flow mindful movement instructor.​

Learning about holistic fitness & realising that exercise can be used for more than just losing weight or looking good has been life changing for me so i decided to combine my passions and use my knowledge to teach other people there are ways to workout that don't involve punishing your self in the gym with

endless cardio or doing workouts you hate.
